Refund Policy – HomeHack5 LLC

HomeHack5 LLC provides custom, built-to-order engineering and fabrication services. Because every project is unique and made specifically for each client, the following policy applies:

 

Non-Refundable Services

Once work has begun, the following are non-refundable:

  • Engineering services

  • CAD modeling

  • Prototyping

  • NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering)

  • Fabrication labor

  • Specialty material purchases

 

Cancellations

If a project is canceled before engineering or fabrication begins, only unspent funds may be eligible for refund.

 

Material Costs

If materials have already been purchased for your project, those costs are non-refundable.

 

Defects or Errors

If a part is delivered with a defect resulting from our error, we will repair or remake the part at no additional cost.
